Height: Stand barefoot and measure floor to the top of the head.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part with the tape level.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist without pulling tight.
Hips: Measure around the fullest point.
Arm: Measure shoulder to wrist with a slight elbow bend.
Inside leg: Measure crotch to ankle.
