Return eligibility

Unused standard products may be eligible for return if they are in original condition with packaging and tags where applicable.

Return window

Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery unless a different written agreement is provided by Dash Racegear.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom, personalized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
